Its still been hard work but it's also been bloody fun this week!

So we have managed to get open, even did a week of sneaky opening as practice leading up the Friday just gone and our Grand Opening night.
All of us are still running on fumes but its a little less hectic now that we know we can operate (even without a proper phone line and internet!)
The Grand opening wasn't without its hiccups but due to the strength of most of our beers I think that most people didn't notice and its surely didn't put customers off as we were at capacity most of the evening!
Thanks to our great team on both Friday and Saturday, the entertainment from Justin P and John Walsh was superb and beers were provided by a mass of great Belgian breweries and of course the wonderful Vibrant Forest brewery whom helped out with our first ever tap takeover. (I hope your head's ok today Kevin ;)
All in all a fantastic week and its all thanks to the staff and you wonderful customers!
We will endeavour to be open fully from 10am from this coming Monday and all going well Friday will see the first night opening of the Brasserie so don't be shy, call, mail or pop in to book a table or just turn up on the night and surprise us:)
